My hygienist was excellent

Reception was courteous and polite as always. I was seen on time, not always the case. My hygienist was excellent. She was new to me and I was very pleased. Informative, sensitive and very professional.

I find all staff professional, friendly and helpful. I am very pleased to be in the care of Richard Crossland in whom I have the greatest faith. It is a pleasure to be treated at the clinic!

I feel relaxed and confident

I requested an appointment at short notice as I had accidentally damaged an implant. I was able to obtain an appointment within 24 hours with Dr Pitt who was able to remedy the problem. It was such a relief to get the treatment I needed at such short notice ! Dr Pitt has always provided me with the best service over the last 6 years since I had my implant fitted and I feel relaxed and confident when receiving treatment. All staff at the dental surgery are polite, compassionate and helpful. Thank you all!
