I felt reassured
A double crown had become dislodged and after contacting reception to ask for assistance in replacing it, I was advised to visit the surgery a short time later that morning. Despite not having a formal appointment, I was seen by a dentist, John, a relatively short time after arrival; he replaced the crown but explained it was still vulnerable to similar incidents and advised me to make an appointment with my usual dentist, Wynn, to discuss alternative strategies, which I then did. All staff were helpful and courteous and I felt reassured that a satisfactory outcome would ultimately be achieved.

As usual my experience was brilliant. The staff are all so kind and helpful. Your treatment plan is explained to you in great detail and you are very well taken care of. Nick gave me several implants which were completely painless.
