Explained the procedure to me

My front lower teeth had cracked whilst eating.
It required filing, Nick completed the job.
He explained the procedure to me throughout and was very professional.

So reassuring, understanding and gentle

I have a huge fear of the dentist and it has taken me around 20 years to go back to one - all I can say is I wish I had known about Lorna years ago! She is so reassuring, understanding and gentle. So just a huge thanks Lorna!

Today I had appointments with the hygienist and a checkup with the dentist. It was busy today but the receptionists were still friendly, cheerful and kept us informed. I am always aware that because of mobility issues, all my appointments have to be on the ground floor which means people have to swap rooms to accommodate me. This is never a problem and I left very happy with my treatment.

I honestly can not recommend this surgery enough! I have been back and forth so many times since December due too my son having trauma damage to his front teeth. He has a composite bonded tooth that will not stay put and they have always been so helpful with fitting him in at such short notice when he's in need of repairing or rebuilding. We have seen Richard, John and Lorna and they're all fab. Lorna has gone above and beyond for my son and we are both so so greatful..... The receptionists are always so welcoming and accommodating. Thank You Team!!

Thorough, informative

The practice staff are always kind, considerate and efficient. The hygienist is thorough and keeps you fully informed and skilfully applies the ultrasound probe removing plaque. My dentist, Colin, is excellent; thorough, informative and extremely skilled.
