Emergency appointment
I had an emergency appointment yesterday morning after losing my crown over the weekend. The appointment was extremely quick – I was in by 1030 on Monday morning. The dentist was efficient and very caring and explained future treatment clearly. Excellent service.

I've used Rhiwbina Dental for years and have received outstanding dental care every time I have visited. The dentist I see is lovely, welcoming, friendly and above all knowledgable. The hygienists are very thorough and take time to talk everything through with you in detail. They have also been great with my children- can't imagine going elsewhere now!

Very satisfied with the service
On behalf of my mother, we were very satisfied with the service we received today. My mother is a little hard of hearing so the dentist spoke clearly to my mother and ensured he looked at her at all times to help. He explained what he was going to do during the appointment and made each step clear to my mother. He was very chatty to put my mother at ease as I think he could see she was a little nervous. The nurse was also very friendly and helpful during the entire appointment.
