Thank you for sharing your thoughts about our practice. We're glad you’ve been happy with the treatment here. We know how important it is to build a relationship with your hygienist, and we’re sorry you’re feeling unsettled by the changes. There are many reasons why professionals choose to move on, and it's not always a reflection on the practice or the team. Sometimes, it's about personal goals, new opportunities, or life changes.

You might be surprised to know that many of our hygienists have been part of our team for a long time – Victoria has been here for 15 years, Bethan for 9 years, Sarah for 8 years, Emily for 9 years, Aimee for 7 years and Charlotte for 2 years. Charlotte was a dental nurse (trained and qualified with us) for 8 years before qualifying as a hygienist and returning to the practice. They’re all part of the Rhiwbina Dental family, and we’re proud of their dedication and expertise.

We're grateful for the time Tracey and Lesley spent with us, and we're confident that our remaining hygienists, with their extensive experience, will continue to provide you with excellent care. If you have any questions or concerns, we're here to listen and help.

Thank you for sharing your feedback about your recent experience. We're glad to hear that you received good service, but sorry to hear that we fell short in keeping you informed about your appointments.

We understand how frustrating it must have been to discover you had multiple appointments scheduled, including one with the hygienist, only upon arrival. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused, particularly given your time constraints.

We take your suggestion on board and agree that it would be beneficial to include all scheduled appointments in our reminder notifications. Unfortunately, our current system doesn't allow for this level of detail to be included in automated reminders. However, we are actively exploring upgrades to our systems and processes to improve communication with our patients.

In the meantime, our reception team will do their best to inform patients of all scheduled appointments when they arrive. If you have any specific requirements or concerns, please don't hesitate to let us know in advance of your next appointment.
