I always feel reassured

Always put at ease, during appointments particularly as I have very sensitive teeth. I don’t feel as though I have to hide my slight anxieties whenever I’m having treatment with my hygienist or dentist and I always feel reassured during every appointment.

Dentist and hygienist

I visit surgery every 6 months to see dentist and hygienist and book the next appointment before I leave. Confirmation is sent by email and text. Very happy with both dentist and hygienist.

Different hygienist covering. Was not very gentle. Reminded me of my nhs dentist when I was 18. Sorry but was quite brutal. Have asked to see someone else in future
