A terrific dentist
The quality of service is excellent, and I would highly recommend this practice. Premises are clean and comfortable, staff welcoming and pleasant, hygienists and all dental practitioners very professional and inclusive.
I followed Colin McCubbin when he joined the practice: he is a terrific dentist.
My only grip is with the radio playing in reception: at times, far too loud, and the mindless chatter is intrusive. I appreciate that some background noise can be soothing for patients, but use a playlist (Spotify?) without commentary and at a lower level, please!

I have been with Rhiwbina Dental for many years and have received an exceptional standard of service at all times from all the staff.
In particular, I have recently had some dental issues occur (tooth extraction etc.) whilst going through some significant "non dental" health issues at the same time.
My dentist Richard has been incredibly supportive and sympathetic with his advice on dealing with my dental issues alongside this. Also, his friendly humorous nature puts you at ease and makes dentist visits enjoyable (well almost lol!). Thank you all!
