My experience

I was twenty minutes late going in for my appointment even though I arrived ten minutes earlier than my app time. There was no mention of the lateness by any member of staff and no apologies for keeping me waiting.

Amazing experience

RDS is wonderful...the whole team and even the surroundings make the experience so amazing. From the moment you walk in the door you are made to feel relaxed and confident that you are having the best possible advice and treatment. You just know that the practice uses the absolutely best and latest dental technology. I'm a very anxious person and I find visiting the dentist very difficult.
I even broke down in tears I was so anxious. But the consultation was extremely reassuring and thorough....I left the appointment with a smile rather than tears. I just know the end result will be amazing. They have such a lovely team...its definitely an A-star practice.
