A Client for many years, I still find the service to be of the utmost quality with a highly professional, welcoming atmosphere in the most elegant surroundings. I'm very satisfied with my dentist who always makes me feel welcomed with her lovely manner but being super professional at the same time. Always come away feeling totally satisfied with her care and attention and excellent treatment, being aware of my sensitivities and her willingness to discuss options of care and give advice.

Grateful and delighted to be a patient
I am very grateful and delighted to be a patient at Rhiwbina Dental Surgery. I have found nothing but excellent service right through from the receptionists, hygienists, nurses to the caring dentists.
To have quick and efficient treatment when an emergency situation arises is also greatly appreciated and allays any stress.
The extensive opening hours of the surgery, allows one to be able to make an appointment with more choice.
Easy access to The Pines, the comfortable interior, is very pleasant and to have available parking space is such a bonus.
I think that any other dental practice would be hard pressed to offer better or more.

Caring dentistry
I am always warmly welcomed as soon as I walk through the door. I am treated with utmost courtesy by staff from that friendly welcome in the foyer, to the dentist's assistant, the dentist and the clerical staff.
The same can be said of times when I have telephoned the surgery.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the team at Rhiwbina Dental Surgery. I’ve been a patient for many years and I’ve always received a warm welcome from the team.
Dr. Richard Crossland is amazing. His friendly approach and the time he takes to explain our procedures really puts me at ease. More recently my daughter needed urgent care which was handled promptly with a thorough investigation.
Whatever the procedure we are always happy with the outcome and I cannot recommend Richard highly enough.
I trust the advice I am given and I will go to Richard for any referrals if I need support beyond the practice.
Plus, the guaranteed parking is a nice bonus!
