I just wanted to thank you for not only going out of your way to rearrange my appointment so that I could have it at the same time as dad, but also for checking on him when I was in with Lorna.
I would also like to thank Lorna for being so flexible so that I was able to have my hygienist appointment with her and also the check up.
The flexibility, compassion and understanding you both demonstrated made the appointment for my dad ( who is almost 92) go incredibly smoothly and it was made a lot easier for me .
I would be grateful if you would recognise this as a formal compliment and escalate to management.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and directed me to the waiting area for the hygienist for this visit. Didn’t have to wait long and hygienist was efficient and patient whilst working. A new appointment was scheduled for next visit. Thank you for your kindness.

When you arrive dental nurses are always very helpful.
Felt the dentist had time and explained the procedure clearly.
The extraction was a difficult one but felt calm through the procedure because of the expertise of the dentist. Had no pain during the whole procedure and no pain since.
