Went to Aldridge House Dental Practice today, and was seen by a very nice expert hygenist, who gave me plenty of advice and took plenty of care and attention and was very delicate ( didnt hurt at all ) i would recomend using Aldridge House Dental Practice.

Aldridge House Dental Practice - recent appointment

This practice has always given me an excellent service. However at a recent visit there were a couple of issues I would like to highlight. I dont feel that an appointment time should be delayed by the practice manager having an unscheduled 15 minute meeting. This should be conducted not within patients time. All staff should have adequate training before attending patients so that painful procedures dont have to be repeated several times.

I was made to feel at ease

Being a nervous patient and first time seeing this member of staff, I was made to feel at ease throughout the appointment. Explanations were given throughout the treatment in a precise and informative way.
