Always friendly staff and dentist Puja Klaire and her dental assistant are fantastic. I have had very traumatic experiences with other dentists over the years. This team are gentle, caring and always try to help customer with the best treatment and preventative work. Highly recommend.

Emergency Appointment
I was seen this morning as an emergency appointment for an assessment of pain and swollen glands in my neck.
The dentist did a full examination of my mouth and glands, took two x-rays, and then completed some sensitivity checks.
The dentist was then able to clearly explain the problem to me, so that I was able to understand the issue and decide on how I wanted to proceed.
Her service and customer care was excellent ... thank you.

Digital inclusion
Age UK have found that almost 6m people aged over 65 have real problems with smart phones and the internet. I think your new paperless system is a real problem and will cause significant distress and exclusion to many people. This is in the background of Aldridge having an older demographic. When I asked to not use the system I was told I had no real choice. Another customer came in and said they were uncomfortable using it but were told the same. Can this be considered and a choice be given automatically. I’m sure it will help with the younger and tech savvy but it excludes many many people.
