The receptionist welcomed me in by name before I had even announced my self. She treated me with respect and dealt with the questions I asked very efficiently. The hygienist and her assistant treated me with the same respect , keeping me informed of the work they were undertaking and offering advice on maintaining a healthy mouth. My teeth were very poor and I had to wear a denture which I really disliked. My Dentist suggested I should see Dr Manoj Bhatia so I could see if implants would be possible. There was no pressure put on me. I heard all the facts and possibilities. I took time and decided that I would have, the implants.
I was so lucky to have Doctor Bhatia.
He always made me feel comfortable and explained everything carefully . His attention to detail with something to be admired. It is not a very quick process, but going for my appointments was enjoyable as there was always humour and no pain involved. As my treatment was coming to an end he was ensuring that my teeth were exactly what I wanted. I have great confidence in his skills and I would recommend him wholeheartedly .Now I have a smile, I can be proud of.
