Aldridge House Dental Practice

I started my Invisalign journey with Aldridge House which lasted for around 3 months. I had regular visits to the practice to check on the progress, and now I have finished the process! I am so happy with the outcome, my teeth look completely different! Couldn’t recommend them enough, Shay and the team are so lovely and never fail to make you feel comfortable and looked after

The staff are all very helpful and friendly. The dentist I saw today Abhina was extremely thorough and patient and I would recommend her for any nervous patients she was fantastic!

On Saturday the 17th April I attended this dental practice having been referred from my practice in Tamworth. I underwent an extraction of a wisdom tooth, a procedure that I was dreading! Dr Paul and the assisting dental nurse Michelle were absolutely great. They were reassuring, supportive and very professional. They made what was a very traumatic experience a far more pleasant one. In all the times here I’ve never had any problems. Just had my wisdom tooth out and the dentist, Jas, made me really comfortable and at ease, even though she knows how much I hate needles in my mouth

I have been coming here for a few years now and can not fault the service. The dentists are very professional and friendly. Got referred for a wisdom tooth removal which was done at Birmingham dental hospital The referral was done so quickly. I now take my daughter there as she was nervous about visiting the dentist but feels relaxed here. Can't understand the bad reviews about desk staff as I have always found them very friendly and professional.

2024: still brilliant service here, great having Saturday appointments. Helen on the front desk is always friendly. The dentists are always friendly and helpful.

2025: no change in my review of this dentist. Great service and great staff. Shame it's going private but with the payment plans it looks like it won't hit your wallet so hard in one go.

Lovely staff very friendly and everything is explained to to before any treatment. Even the children like going 😁

Not the outcome I personally wanted since it would be with required ongoing treatment and a trip to hospital but through no fault of the dentist, overall felt it was a very relaxed atmosphere but treated professionally and advised appropriately! As far as dentists go and I’ve never been a huge fan, I felt relaxed, in a calm environment and must put that down to the staff! And for the lady on reception at 1.30pm who had a incident prior to my arrival, you personally made me feel welcome with a lovely meet and greet smile so I hope this makes your own day a little better 😊

Excellent customer service, well recommended.

Highly recommended. I hadn't been for a check up for a few years. I needed help and they made me an appointment within a couple of hours. Fabulous dentists and dental nurses made me feel at ease. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Never been there before and old dentist was saying 4 weeks before i could see someone. Aldridge House gave me an appointment the next day and cracked tooth repaired for very reasonable price with no unnecessary work. Highly recommend.

Just wanted to express my thanks to Palvi for a very professional job this morning. I had quite a deep filling and I didn't feel anything even the needle. Such a professional way to treat customers. I have already recommended you to family and friends. Couldn't be more perfect!
