I had two appointments, one for a check up and straight after a hygienist appointment. For my check up appointment I was literally in the chair for about three minutes and don't think this is good value at all.

Very thorough dentist
Went to see Neelam for an appointment, and she kindly referred me to a specialist. Very thorough dentist who also had print outs ready for me about my dental issue. Her nurse Maya was also really welcoming.

I found Rebecca friendly, she put me at ease straight away. She was very knowledgeable and gave me lots to tips and useful info
I like the form she gave me at the end on tools etc to help with oral hygiene. I am leaving to go to on NHS dentist but she will be factoring on me returning to the practice

My appointment this time was to see the hygienist. They were thorough and I was pleased with the clean, however I was not pleased with the price as I was charged, over £100 for less than 25 mins of their time. I will be looking for a new dentist. Also I have been sent a letter stating that this dentist no longer does NHS treatment, yet it asks further down if I paid private or was an NHS patient as I had always been previously.

My experience
I complained about a toothache to the doctor where there is a small black cavity in the tooth. But she says that I have nothing there, that she can't see anything there and that I should make another appointment with another doctor so that a fresh pair of eyes can see it. Today is Saturday, the x-ray doesn't work, wow. I have to wait for another doctor in pain. I complained about this tooth six months ago during a check-up that I see something black there. Absolutely unprofessional
