Met by smiling faces. Booking in was easy and I was seen on time by the dentist who was his professional self, polite and friendly, alongside the dental nurse who was also friendly, polite and professional.

Friendly staff on entering, new dentist again, probably my 5th one now but very nice none the less, talked me through a treatment plan for my receding gum line, was very helpful and informative, the online form filling is awkward and if you make a mistake you cant go back and I dont like having to touch something lots of other people are touching as well.

I felt the dental practice had a friendly & warm atmosphere. Staff were both professional and proficient. I felt very much at ease from start of my visit to the end. Everything was explained to me and I felt I could ask a question at any point. Very pleased.
