Put me at ease

My dentist was new to me today, she was very professional and very gentle in the examination, very friendly and a lovely lady, put me at ease straight away, I hope she stays for a long time.

Our dentist and nurse are always friendly and welcoming which I think is why my children do not have an issue coming to the dentist!

Tooth extraction

Extremely considerate and patient and didn't even attempt to rush the tooth extraction. Gave me plenty of time to recover as I was in a bit of shock due to my nerves getting the better of me.
