Poor time keeping

I had 2 appointments in one day and both ran late, the dentist was approx. 15 mins late and the hygienist was 20 mins late before I had to leave not being seen due to other commitments, so unfortunately not over impressed with their service.

As always, very happy with the end result but was horrified to find out that the same appointment in the new year will be £70 as opposed to £50! I think this is a disgraceful hike in price.

Emergency appointment

After losing a crown on Christmas Day I was able to get an emergency appointment. The dentist clearly explained how he would prepare my gum and the crown before re-inserting it. The dentist and dental nurse were very supportive during my treatment.

Broken tooth

This was an emergency appointment due to a broken tooth. The dental practice fitted me in, on the day and then proceeded to fix the problem within half an hour. The service was very professional and efficient.

Hygiene Appointment

While the appointment was good and thorough I was shocked that the cost is going up in April by 50% which is a Massive Price Increase!! Which will now have an impact on how often I come its currently every 3month which will be out of the question now.

Although very polite Dentist did not have empathy with request. Driven down path of expensive treatment when only request was a few NHS fillings, also provided with tablet to sign before costs discussed.
