Excellent patient experience
I always feel a little nervous attending my dentists appointment regardless if it’s for treatment or just a check up (don’t know why). William instantly made me feel relaxed, explaining everything he was doing, very friendly, overall excellent patient experience, thank you

I was admitted within a minute, hand sanitiser at the door before entering and shown to the waiting room which was Covid secure. Waited a couple of minutes before seen by Celine. As always she was friendly and put you at ease and explained what was happening. The Dental assistant was really good too.

Well organised , A very professional service.
Very friendly staff felt totally at ease.I have been a NHS patient for over 20yrs. Very disappointed to be told they are going private. As a pensioner this makes it a lot more difficult a much higher cost involved.

As I’m classed as CER due to a medical condition, I’m very aware of exposure to potential COVID risk. However, during my recent visit I was very satisfied with the measures taken by the practice and felt reassured.
