My treatment this morning was excellent, everything was clearly explained before treatment and the dental work carried out was first class. The Dentist and Nursing Staff made sure I was safe and comfortable during treatment and checked I was happy with the treatment once completed.

My experience
I haven’t received equal service to other dentist. Today I’ve been charged for someone to look in my mouth and ask questions when I was expecting a Maryland bridge with the tooth made from a none precious metal alloy - the dentist had no knowledge of how to do this and I now have at least 4 weeks for the practice to be able to provide a bridge.

The staff were very friendly and made you feel relaxed with some good humour thrown in. Nothing was a problem that couldn't be resolved through good conversation. Rebecca was extremely helpful with setting up my payment plan. Will definitely recommend this dental practice to friends and family.
