I was incredibly anxious knowing that I would have over an hour in the chair.Both Paul and Lucy (?)were very kind, supportive and patient.Paul took the time to explain every step of the procedure and, although I can’t say I enjoyed the experience, I left feeling relieved that it had been much better than expected. I did have an issue at the start so Paul made appropriate adjustments and continued my treatment in a way that I was more comfortable and able to control my anxiety.Thank,you guys for your incredible patience.

A very pleasant experience.
All staff were very nice, I have very complex pain issues and with that in mind I was pleased that my issues were taken into consideration. I would recommend this surgery to anyone who has mobility problems.
