After Lisa left the practice I was placed with Paul who advised having a fractured crown replaced. He went through my options and I decided upon another NHS crown. After having impressions taken, one of my other fillings became loose and then dropped out before the work was completed. Paul advised me that a crown would be the best option for this other tooth but I would have to pay a further £282 which I was quite surprised to hear. I thought it would be covered in the same NHS band. I therefore opted for another filling as there was no additional payment. Otherwise I am happy with work carried out by Paul.

Excellent with my young daughters
Caroline was excellent with my young daughters who are shy around new people and a bit scared of the dentist. She put them at ease and was very friendly and appropriate.

Very patient with my children
Waiting room is very child friendly and Chris was very patient with my children. They especially loved the cartoons while getting their teeth checked.
