Very caring, gentle
Both receptionists were polite and pleasant, waited a bit longer than usual, different dentist this time but he was efficient, very caring, gentle and chatty. The nurse was cheerful and happy.

Excellent Service
I called in today in the hope of getting an appointment for someone to look at a lump in my mouth. Fortuitously a Dentist was going to be free in a few moments so Reception staff booked me in there and then. I was examined by a lovely lady who then got another colleague to confirm her opinion that this was nothing sinister. Getting seen so soon was such a relief, and I'm very grateful to all concerned!

Ryton Dental
I arrived on time for my appointment but had to wait 30 minutes. This was not due to earlier sessions overrunning but due to an admin error in reporting my arrival.
I had to ask whether I was being seen after I'd been waiting for 25 minutes.
For my actual appointment, I was rushed in and out in less than 5 minutes. I felt this was inadequate care and did query about having to pay £25.80 for this to reception. The dentist confirmed a full check-up and been completed and that a band 1 charge would be required.
I was surprised, as the dentist previously has been brilliant with my young children, and myself.
