Check up

The people are lovely and great care seems to be taken. The only thing that irks me is that I find it more than a bit insulting to be asked to pay for treatment (even partially) up front - I have used this surgery including your predecessor for 40ish years and I have never not turned up or not paid my bill and frankly you only need to worry about my payments when I default.
