Excellent service

I rang the surgery at 7-55 0n Tuesday evening having broken a tooth. A very pleasant lady arranged an appointment for Thursday morning to have it attended to. Excellent service.

My experience

Crowded waiting room, appointment at least 20 min late.
Concise advice in consultation. Gum clean painful, would've liked a polish too as tasted blood for a good while afterwards.

Was told on the phone when booking that the appointment would be with Jessica but it wasn’t.
This dentist was great though, understood the struggles I face with my anxiety.
Waiting area was very cramped with only 4 chairs and 6/7 people.
Appointment was 15 minutes late.

An emergency: The lost crown

I lost a crown [30 years old] yesterday. I called and was given an emergency appointment - today at 09:00hrs. We discussed my options, a temporary fill was made, and now I am able to make a considered decision. Just a good outcome.

Dentist and Hygienist were very friendly and helpful, as always. I had my two year old daughter with me and they went above and beyond to make sure she was happy and comfortable, it really made it a nice experience and I was very grateful to them for it.

Very thorough and diligent, prompt

Very good service, I was seen promptly and although there was a change of plan because of a communication mix up with the lab, I was able to get some other work done. Bilal is very thorough and diligent and did an excellent job.
