I find the experience at Ryton Dental very good. The staff are very good and put you at ease and explain what they are going to do. They always ask how you are and ask how you've been since the last check-up.

I was sent an email end of last year to tell me that if I didn't make an appointment I'd be taken off their books so I made an appointment and went yesterday only to be told id been taken off their books but they still had all my records and only a few days before my appointment I had an email asking me to update my medical records so why was I asked to update them if id been taken off the books. When I queried it I was just told I had been taken off the books!!!

After watching the really interesting videos on the tv screen in the upstairs waiting room I decided to have a consultation about Ivisalign. Rebecca was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable, answering most of my questions before they were asked and the ones I later thought of. The scan was not unpleasant and it was fascinating to see the possible results that I can achieve. I'm really excited to take the next step!
