Very friendly, took time to explain everything and gave choices.
Was dreading the injection but was very gently administered without pain!
Only disappointment was that the terms of the dental plan had changed and I don’t remember being made aware of this.

Put me at ease

I'm not the best patient as I'm terrified of dentists but I had to have a big procedure today. Can you please pass on my thanks to the team? They could see I was shaking but calmly put me at ease.

A wonderful experience

For such a horrible procedure it was a wonderful experience - especially as the dentist who completed my work was not the one who had done the original assessment. She was clear, talked through every step as she went, made sure that the treatment options were presented so I could select the most cost-effective one and most of all she was firm but somehow gentle in her approach. Not many dentists have that natural ability.

Treated very well

Have always been treated politely and would not hesitate to recommend the practice. Not many people look forward to a visit to the dentist but I was treated very well.

Appointment was with Katherine who is always very welcoming. She explains things simply ensuring I understand while offering the best advice to keep gums healthy.

We have been visiting Ryton Dental for approximately 40 years and when Michael Stobbs retired we thought about finding a dentist nearer to our home, thank goodness we didnt, excellent service and the staff are so friendly and reassuring.
