Really disappointed I received an email telling my I was well overdue a check up and I’d been took of the list if I didn’t book one so I booked an appointment.
Turned up to be told I was in for a consultation which I knew nothing about, the girl was really nice and apologetic but I was told I could not have a check up as I had been took of the list and have had to go on the waiting list if this was the case why send me an email telling me to book an appointment.

I've had a few sessions with the Dental Hygienist in preparation for my dental implants and my gums and remaining teeth have never been in such good condition. You are never too old to learn how to clean your teeth properly yourself - brushing alone is not enough and the use of interdent brushes and a water irrigator is now part of my twice daily routine.

Prompt response
Having fallen, hitting my face on the footpath and knocking a front tooth out, I called the surgery and obtained an appointment later that day. That prompt response meant the tooth could be reinserted.
The dentist and nurse could not have been more helpful and reassuring.

Wow. I had an abscess over the weekend and was in much pain. I rang the dentist 9:00am hoping for an emergency appointment. I was in the chair having treatment by 9:30 and had the follow up appointment two days later, I am now sore but pain free.
We are so lucky that Ryton Dental chose our village to set up their practice, an absolutely first class service. Thank you.
