Sadly Disappointed

I was expecting to have a crown refitted after having a crown previously fitted which was sadly two shades too dark.
My dentist was about to start the whole process from the beginning not realising until my records were checked (and me saying I was there to have a refit) that another crown had already been ordered but sadly could not be located to fit.

Really friendly dental practice!

Bilal is very clear and makes everything easy to understand in relation to the Invisalign process. I was also impressed with Rebecca who, despite it being months ago when mentioned, asked how my new job was. A really friendly dental practice!

My appointment was with Jessica, and from firstly going to reception and mentioning my mobility problem they immediately said that they would bring Jessica to a room downstairs. I said that l would try and make it upstairs (which l did). Jessica and her assistant were just lovely and the girl on reception who l dealt with couldn’t have been more helpful.

Wonderful atmosphere

I attended with my 2 young children (aged 4 and 1) for all of our routine checks. The dentist, dental nurse and reception staff could not be more helpful or accommodating. As well as ensuring the appointments went more smoothly than could ever have been hoped, it’s leaving my 4 year old with a positive experience of dental check ups and, after the covid impact of delayed routine reviews, he’s increasingly confident attending which is due to the wonderful atmosphere from all the staff.
