Nicest Dentist I’ve ever seen

Having a phobia of the dentist and having to go in an emergency I couldn’t of asked for a nicer dentist. He never once made me feel uncomfortable and talked through everything as he did the filling. The nurse was great too she had great people skills. They are both a credit to the practice.

Amazing

Iona has been dealing with my Mam who has dementia, she has been absolutely amazing. This dental practice has always taken great care and compassion with Mam and we are truly grateful for that. Thank you!

Tooth breaking

Tooth breaking away also pain in lower gum (not sure the exact name), cannot thank you enough for seeing me, also found myself emotional about the loss of my mam and you both were so understanding and caring thank you so much.

Amazing with my 2 young children

Jess was amazing with my 2 young children, she instantly put them at ease and explained everything as and when she was doing it. It was my sons first time at the dentist and he’s already asking to go back.

Dental inspection

Informative text to remind me of my appointment and health update done online so time spent at reception desk was minimal.
Very short wait then inspection carried out and a positive outcome. Next appointment in 6 months.

Yes I would like to share my feedback I am over the moon with Iona and the work she has put in to make my teeth much better after getting most of my back bottom teeth out on both sides as a nhs patient I have been given no information or help surrounding a fixed option now for the teeth that have been removed I suffer from anxiety and it's makes chewing food or meats extremely difficult to eat and it DOES cause me concern all I would like at this point moving forward is for ryton dentist to talk.about a permanent option for my teeth that were removed.but Iona is an absolute credit to ryton dentist never once had any pain during any of my many treatments
