Recent appointment

I had a failed visit to the practice yesterday. Was due to have my implant fitted - finally. Only it didn’t want to screw in! Very disappointed and frustrated. Lost 3 hours of work flexi. Frustrating.

Simple to book, plan ahead and attend. Staff are friendly and helpful and the dentist professional and cheery. A pleasure.

Smooth and efficient

Our first visit went very smoothly. Forms are all online, the receptionists are quick and efficient and the dentist and his assistant were both friendly and informative.

I'm new to the practice and can say from the initial consultation to having a bit of work done it has been brilliant. I'm usually very nervous but the whole team where brilliant. I would highly reccomend.

Very good

The whole process was very good but (in my case) took longer than I was expecting/hoping. While the current pandemic clearly impacts timescales I think it could have been a little quicker.
Mr Ahmed was clear about what he was about and explained most if not all of the work at the time.
The practice has clearly invested in a lot of the newer dental digital technology which probably does make some parts quicker and easier.

Makes me feel at ease

I’m always nervous when I come to the dentist, but Jessica makes me feel at ease straight away. All the staff are very nice.

Happy and professional service

My appointment was for 4 o clock they were running a bit late 10 minutes. Apart from that everything was 5 stars as normal. The dentist is not somewhere I look forward to visiting, but they do keep you informed and have a good, happy and professional service.
