As always I find the level of professionalism at this practice very high. Today I was given several options regarding my dental treatment, all of which were clearly explained and costed. This enabled me to make the right decision for me.
As a pensioner who has to pay for their dental care, cost is always a factor and there may come a time where I can not afford the treatment recommended, but at least I will be well informed when I have to make that decision.

Absolutely first class
Entrance advised to mask up and I entered and went through to Reception. Met with a friendly face and nice welcome. Perspex safe guards are in place and a tablet was passed through them for my signature. I was instructed to go to the upstairs Waiting Room. Within 2 minutes I was called into the room by a friendly masked assistant to be greeted by the Dentist. She confirmed I was there for a check up and asked if I was how I was and whether I had any problems with my teeth, gums or mouth. None in all respects, she advised the chair would be lowered and check began. All was well bar a slight build up of tartar. COVID restrictions meant she couldn’t action a scaling but said I could make and appointment with the hygienist (cost £40) or wait until my next appointment in six months when things might have returned to normal. On leaving I again called in at Reception to book a six month appointment and got a cheery goodbye. Absolutely first class !
