Great treatment

The waiting rooms are very sparse. Not contusive to a welcoming calming environment which I think is important in a dental practice. Having said that the treatment I received was great.

Child’s recent appointment

As always, all staff (clinical and non-clinical) were so helpful and accommodating for my 2 young children, and made it as easy as a visit could be for a 3 and 1 year old.

I cannot fault the treatment

I cannot fault the treatment I received today. I did have to wait but this I know was unavoidable. The hygienist was very gentle and I would give her 10/10 for work. She explained what she was doing and recommended the inter dental brushes that I would need. My check up was thorough including x rays. Balal explained what was available and approximate costs. I am glad that I changed practices and feel this one wont let me down

Everything was well explained

I am very nervous about going to the dentists but was made to feel very at ease as everything was well explained throughout the appointment.
