Emergency appointment
I was attending an emergency appointment for toothache.
I was lucky to get another appointment the same day, much to my relief.
The dentistry work was of its usual very high standard, shame that my dentist is leaving the practice. This will be my 9th or 10th dentist since I joined the practice in 1984.

As always, staff couldn’t have been more helpful, and supportive of me been there with my exclusively breastfed baby, and even quickly changed rooms around so I’d be on ground floor (as baby in pram)

Understanding and sympathetic
As someone who is extremely anxious visiting the dentist all of the staff are understanding and sympathetic without making me feel patronised. Equally treatment never feels rushed and the team take time to explain what’s going to happen.

Never did I ever think I could or would say it was nice to go to the dentist, staff are very friendly, as for the dentist talked me through everything she was going to do also making sure I was comfortable with everything that she was doing.

Very professional, polite, welcoming and caring staff. The practice is very nice, clean and has all covid procedures in place. I am 3/4 through my invisilign process and can see such differences already, very excited for the end result. I was provided with a great consultation with bespoke feedback and have had regular check ups and advice since. The patient care is fantastic and has lived up to the expectations of the recommendations I had from friends.
