From a patient who is very anxious about visiting the dentist I am always put at ease from all members of the practice very happy with the dentist we see.

Extraction

The reception staff were courteous and efficient. Whilst I cannot say I enjoyed my appointment I can say that I felt comfortable and in safe hands. The advice to have the extraction and not to try and save the tooth was given by a professional and left me with no doubt that it was necessary and the appropriate course of action.

Completely at ease

I’ve always been scared of dentists, after quite a few bad experiences. But for the past 4 years I’ve been looked after by Will, and was a bit unsure that he would not be doing my filling today. I was looked after by a lovely girl who made me feel completely at ease. Loved the fact she cleaned my teeth while we waited for my mouth to numb. And she was so quick and efficient. I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name, but please say a big Thank you from me.

Felt rushed as appt want booked for a scale and polish only for a check up which I had 3 month earlier. Took time off work and paid twice for a check up that should only be one every 6 months.

Excellent Service

All of the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. My fears were allayed almost immediately. The dentist gave a commentary of what she was about to do and why? Very informative and calming. Excellent service. Thank you.
