My treatment options were well explained with the aid of an impressive scan.

After experiencing some discomfort with an abscess on my gum it was decided that the offending tooth had to be removed and I was happy to be guided by the dentist and I will have to return for more treatment.

I didn’t think the dentist was very friendly, her assistant seemed a lot more easier to be in company of.
I understand fully it is a professional job that needs to be done and taken seriously however I felt she was very miserable. She did give good advice but again very stern while giving advice. She didn’t make what was for me a stressful time any better. The last dentist I had was alot better in her manners.

Brilliant with my 3YO daughter taking their time to win her over, and she was delighted with the sunglasses and the fact bear got a sticker too.
Only minor suggestion would be not to assume that all girls want princess stickers and give them free range to choose same stickers as would be offered to a boy.

This appointment was the last of a series of appointments for the fitting of new Dentures. I was seen almost exactly on time just like previous visits. I was treated with friendly, confident and polite attention. During my visit I was given clear and helpful information with regard to ongoing care of both my oral health and care of the dentures. I was also told that should there be any problems with rubbing etc. I just had to call and they would arrange to see me and correct the problem.
