Appointment with Will McLeish

Will is the best dentist who has ever treated me. Each stage of my treatment was thoroughly explained and all my questions answered. I did not suffer with any pain despite needing and receiving lengthy treatment. Emily, the nurse I usually saw was also excellent. Both people made me feel relaxed and both had a wonderful sense of humour which I really appreciated. The rest of the staff also were very welcoming and again made me feel relaxed and were happy to answer any questions. All in all a very positive experience.

I liked that everyone from the receptionists when I rang for the appointment to the dentist himself who removed my tooth were all so lovely and very efficient.

Emergency Appointment

Rang first thing Monday morning and was given an emergency appointment for the Wednesday. My usual dentist was on leave so I saw Rabia whilst I was initially concerned about seeing a dentist I didn’t know, I needn’t have been. I was really impressed with the level of care, clear explanations and ability to reassure in a kind, respectful, friendly manner. The problem was quickly identified which resulted in the removal of a wisdom tooth which was thankfully very quick! Really pleased it was addressed there and then rather than waiting for another appointment. There’s clearly been lots of thought put into the surgery environment it looks very modern, airy and light. All the staff were really friendly. I was pretty anxious prior to the visit but staff were professional, patient and kept me well informed.
