My check up was thorough. The staff are always very polite and make conversation to help put patients at ease. I have had a few visits during the Covid pandemic and I’ve always felt comfortable.

Everybody puts you at ease
Nobody likes going to the dentist but everybody puts you at ease and looks after you well and asking if you you are alright during the treatment.

Check-up
I know things with covid-19 are still not right so was not surprised when running late. Its was over 30 min and in the end because I had waited so long they asked if I would see another dentist. As it was only for a check up I did not mind but if it had been for other treatment I would of expected to see my dentist.

Check up, after a delay due to covid.
My appointment was for 14.40, and I was back home by 15.05. Receptionist was pleasant and friendly. I did not see my usual dentist, but I was put straight at ease by the very pleasant, friendly dentist who carried out my check up. I was fully informed of my options and what was advised regarding my dental needs.
