Reassuring for my brave little girl

We attended our appointment at teatime today to have a tooth extracted.
We found the dentist and assistant to be thorough and professional yet friendly to my two little girls.
When it was time to extract the tooth my daughter was clearly worried and upset but was reassured throughout, the dentist was calm with her and patient.
The outcome was a positive one with my daughter made to feel very brave.

Overall a thoroughly professional service all round however I don’t like seeing receptionist sitting with their legs up. Minor point I know but it’s about the image it creates.

Recent appointment

Rang bell and was met by an assistant, gowned up with face mask and gloves. Checked my name and booking time before being shown in and directed to the upstairs waiting room which was clean and tidy. Quickly met by the Dental Assistant who called me in to the surgery. Dentist was confident and my check-up was completed with advice given to keep flossing and points to take care over to prevent further build up of plague. Then x-rays we’re taken and confirmation of their validity.
Taken down to Reception by the Dental Assistant who informed the girl of needing a six-monthly check and this was sorted along with payment.
Another Assistant then took me to the door and wished me a good day.

I would recommend the surgery

My appointment for a check up was excellent. I made it online and got the time and date I wanted I got a reminder which was also useful the staff are very pleasant and welcoming, the surgery is lovely and clean and comfortable waiting area, 5 stars all round, I would recommend the surgery to my friends.

I was very well looked after. The dentist was kind and patient with me when I started coughing. He waited a few minutes till I was ready to continue. Superb service

I had dental work done today. The treatment was very clearly explained at each stage, dentist and the dental nurse were caring , polite and attentive throughout.
I need follow up work and my options and attendant cost have been outlined in detail.
