If, like me, you have a fear of the dentists drill then Confidential is the dentist practice for you. I had an appointment yesterday for a crown with Vishal and he has done the most superb job. Both he, and his nurse Eve, took the time to calm my nerves and were so thoughtful, kind and funny. Thank you so much again!

Replacement of metal fillings
Appointment and treatment went very smoothly. Reception area was good with one person per sofa. Actual treatment was fine and professionally carried out.

Removal of Tooth
As this is the first time I have used a Private Dentist, I have been extremely
impressed. The care taken with the small details and keeping you informed
all the time of your treatment. The NHS is a poor service in comparison!

Excellent Hygienist.
From entry to exit the whole visit felt safe.
Hygienist appointments are never as pain free as other dentistry, but Ellen seemed to at least keep it to a minimum.
Leaving hearing aids at home helped with avoiding the high pitched descaler (If that is what it was). Ellen was ably assisted by Rosa. Thanks to them both.

Confidental Dental Practice
I visited the Practice to have 2 screws implanted into the bone. Very professional. Was met by Deepak when I arrived. Met the team who would be involved. Put to rest that every thing was in order. Spoken to through out the operation with clear details of what was happening and how it was going. was exceedingly happy with how the Op went. Recovering today, but with no pain from all the work carried out.

Felt very safe
Such a shame that Covid-19 has had such an impact on dental practices but I felt very safe with all the precautions in place at Confidental. It was a dental hygiene appointment and I was happy with the excellent clean that my teeth received. As always it was all very professional but friendly.

Sensible Covid19 precautions
Well organised and clean environment, with sensible Covid19 precautions, and friendly staff. However, those of us with hearing problems might find it difficult to communicate due to the new perspex screens, face masks, and face visors. But I guess that's an inevitable consequence of the proverbial "new normal".
