Staff were nothing short of fantastic
Staff were nothing short of fantastic from entering the facility to exiting. Clear instructions on website and attached video and oral health questionnaire. Staff facilitated cancellation as waited since May 2020. Can’t fault service received.

Covid friendly practice
This is the first time I have been back since the pandemic. The practice is very well set up, all precautions have been put in place.
The girls as always are really friendly and welcoming.

Excellent dentist
Sandeep is an excellent dentist, very reassuring and gentle. He explains everything really well and is always cheerful and approachable. I am someone who has had to have a lot of dental work over the years because of teeth grinding, and in the wrong hands this could become very expensive. I have noticed that Sandeep tends not to recommend having work done unless he thinks its absolutely necessary. There have been many times when I was expecting to be told that a filling needed repair or a tooth that was being "watched" needed treatment, but he takes a sensible approach of trying to avoid intervention where possible and only doing work where it is genuinely needed (and not all dentists at other practices take this approach!) He has also provided me with various devices to wear at night to protect my teeth from further damage. The other staff at Confidental are all very pleasant and helpful too. I wish that all healthcare providers were as professional and well run as this practice!

Root canal
Having made the surgery safe, Sandeep set to work.
Sadly, after a lot of drilling and removing one nerve, the other root broke almost at the end of the process.
His concentration was amazing, and sadly my tooth let him down.
His trouble wasn’t over as tooth broke on extraction, but he persevered.
His attention to detail is superb, and I trust him totally and all being well I will have an implant in December.

Checkup...I felt safe
Went for a checkup. Quick and easy. Covid procedures were good. My belongings went into a box. I sat away from anyone whilst I waited for the dentist. They took my temperature and gave me hand sanitiser. Into dentist. Temperature retaken. All gowned and masked. Checkup performed. Returned box and out an exit door.
