The dental practice had done everything to be expected to ensure our safety with C19 from arrival, paying and leaving.

Great safety measures in place
Routine Hygenist appointment overdue - they booked me in and kept me updated with appointment - great safety measures in place to keep customers and staff safe. Despite the extra ppe/masks etc it was still a warm and friendly place to go - felt reassured throughout. Won't hesistate in recommending.

Emergency appointment
I contacted Confidental over the weekend having been in pain for a few days and no help from the NHS (other than recommendation to take paracetamol and ibuprofen). They were very responsive, saw me first thing on Monday and as promised helped to get rid of the pain. Very professional and friendly service.

Advice and appointment
During the Covid 19 Lockdown I contacted the team via email twice and received a phone call within the hour with helpful advice. Within the first week of the surgery reopening I was rung and an appointment offered.
As always the service at this practice is superb and caring.

An efficient and caring service

The whole process was amazing
The whole process was amazing. From enquiring, within an hour I had a phone call with the dentist and we arranged a booking for the same week. Arrival/check in/consultation were all brilliant and the staff were all lovely. I’ve been telling people about my experience and have recommended to a few.
