Very enjoyable experience
Very enjoyable experience with my hygiene visit with Katrina. The reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. The waiting area was very clean and a nice place to be. Everything for my appointment was well explained and made clear. I was put at ease and all my concerns were handled very professional.

Appointment At Confidental
I rang at 10.20 am as I had a problem and was given an appointment 12.45 the same day. I was very impressed. I didn't need treatment as such but a test to check the roots on a few teeth which was causing me discomfort which were all fine. A general clean and scale around the teeth, which are angled in my jaw this has now sorted out the pain and discomfort. Thank you Sandy and Confidental.

Recent dental appointment
I really love the manner is which Deepack interacts with his younger patients, he took the time to speak to my 5 and 9 year old's directly, making them the focus of the conversation, helping them feel totally at ease and understanding the importance of what he was telling them. He let my daughter make the decision as to when her tooth should be removed, which she now fully on board with rather than going home and worrying it.

I am always very anxious about visits to the dentist and normally leave it until I can't put it off any longer. Deepak is very understanding and calming; he never blames or shames but instead tells me what I need to hear. I have a fair bit of work needed and I shan't put it off this time.

Charming, efficient, reassuring and gentle
A routine visit involving both the dentist (annual) and the hygienist (twice per year). There was virtually no wait (almost a disappointment because the waiting room is comfy and warm and the magazines are good quality too). My dentist (Sandeep) was charming, efficient, reassuring and gentle as usual. Melissa (hygienist) was the same. I am on a dental plan so it also good to leave without a bill straight after Christmas!

We felt really well looked after
I came to Dr Deepak Mohal with my 12 year old daughter who was worried about a small gap between her 2 front teeth. We came for a second opinion and to find out what options that are for the closure of the gap. We felt really well looked after and Dr Mohal took time to understand why the gap was there in the first place. He examined my daughters mouth, took photographs and explained the reasons. He then went onto explaining different options as a resolution. He also gave my daughter some help by advising her that her smile is beautiful as it is and that not everyone has to look the same and that her small gap was making her look more interesting. She really took this on board and feels now 100 % more confident about her smile. It was well worth coming to see Dr Mohal. 5 stars , we will definitely come back.
