Friendly and calming
I made an appointment with Confidental for a second opinion regarding treatment for an aching tooth. Any nervousness I had almost immediately faded after speaking to the friendly and calming receptionists upon walking into the practice. The nervousness came back when I was called into the treatment room but soon subsided again as both the dental nurse and dentist were so lovely and calming. I was very impressed with Vishal not only with his calming, caring nature but after thoroughly checking the tooth and area surrounding it he gave several treatment options and did not push the most costly. After having a review today, treatment will be starting tomorrow. All the staff I encountered are friendly, caring and calming. I am now changing to Confidental for all my dental treatment and definitely recommend them.
I am unable to give stars for treatment as it hasn't started yet but everything else gets 5.

My appointment was a routine visit with Lucy my hygienist. I have received treatment from her for several years. She has a very pleasant manner and carries out her skills without causing any discomfort. I find her reassuring and knowledgeable - always willing to give you personal advice on dental care.

Root canal treatment
Root Canal Treatment. This is a skilled and longish treatment which was carried out superbly well. I appreciate and recognise the expertise of Deepak (and his dental nurse) in making this as pain free and comfortable as possible. I was kept informed of the procedure as the process progressed. I was also given several options before the treatment was started. Cannot speak too highly of the professionalism, expertise, courtesy and efficiency of the service. I have been using Confidental for a year or so, but particularly after my last hygienist appointment I felt I needed to comment on how amazing this team really is.
I had to bring my two young children in, as I was let down by a minder last minute. All the staff were so professional and forgiving. One of the reception staff came in and took the children away to play further without distracting the hygienist.
I really am blown away by how lovely and accommodating the staff all are.
What a wonderful practice!

No to impressions and no to temporary crowns!
Recently I attended Confidental for a crown and a filling both to be completed during the 2 hour appointment. Before you think HELP! two hours in the dentist's chair that is not the whole story. I can assure you that at least one hour was spent in the waiting room watching TV or reading the fine array of magazines. This is because from start to finish the crown is measured and made on the premises using the latest technology and that means NO impressions, NO temporary crowns and NO worry. I am a nervous patient but Sandeep and his whole team put you at ease from the minute you walk through the door.
