Went to see Sandeep today to get another crown fitted and was feeling extremely nervous. He took the time to find out what I was worrying about and accommodated me. I felt no pain whatsoever and he did a brilliant job too. His nurse was also very friendly and polite and made me feel at ease. I’ve been a patient at this practice since I moved to Sandhurst and would not go anywhere else.

If you don't like having dental work then love your hygienist. Think of it as a spa treatment for your mouth and that's how you're treated at Confidental. Kind, informative and thorough, I was impressed.

Dental work not required on this visit but meaningful discussion on future requirements and options.

The majority of the appointment was excellent and my teeth are much cleaner. However, at one point Melissa stabbed the gum between my two upper front teeth causing extreme discomfort and bleeding. Whilst I totally accept that this may happen from time to time, there was no apology or acknowledgement that she had done so. Even when I said that it had really hurt, she said nothing. When I rinsed my mouth out and commented on the bleeding, she just dismissed it by saying, "it stopped bleeding when I got the last bit of plaque off." I am a chiropodist. If I nick a patient, I am legally obliged to tell them that I have done so and to take action to prevent infection getting in. Obviously, plasters cannot be used in the mouth but I do feel that Melissa should have acknowledged that she had cut me and made an apology at the time. It is the first time that I have come away feeling at all unhappy with the treatment. The area in question is still extremely sore. Better bedside manner and an apology would have gone a long way to off-set the way I am feeling.
