I have no complaints with booking and getting an appointment promptly; treatment as always was pain free and each procedure explained - I am a somewhat nervous due to bad experiences when I was younger.

I’m a big baby when it comes to the dentist, but everybody so nice at Confidental, from the greeting by reception staff, to the Hygienist and the Dentist, all so friendly and put me at ease. I highly recommend this practice. My only negative on my recent visit, was lack of parking. I had to squeeze into a really awkward end space, that I struggled to get out of.

Every dentist visit is a pleasure
On behalf of both of my children I would like to say that every dentist visit is a pleasure! As much as it can be. Staff are polite, the environment is lovely and the dentists are always really knowledgeable.

It is the best I have attended
As always my recent appointments with both the dentist and hygienist were very good. Both were friendly, efficient and professional. Procedures undertaken and then the results were explained clearly and succinctly. I have been with this practice for many years now; it is the best I have attended and would not wish to go anywhere else.

Warm and welcoming practice with friendly staff that immediately put you at ease and offer all the information you could possibly need. I hadn’t visited a dentist for some time but wasn’t met with judgement just a listening ear and understanding. A thorough examination and discussion of needs and desires led to a plan being drawn up with all of the expenses laid bare and an extremely reasonable dental plan offered. Which was then emailed to me with pictures taken during the appointment and an overview of everything discussed. There was no pressure to book in for the treatments but it was made clear what was a priority so I can plan how to afford it in my own time. This was an overwhelming relief as having been let down by nhs practices I’ve chosen to go private. Absolutely the best decision I could have made. Confidental go above and beyond with their customer service, I look forward to visiting again for my appointments and getting the smile I’ve always wanted
