5* Service
I honestly could not recommend Melissa as a hygienist and Deepak as a dentist highly enough. They are both always very friendly, gentle, reassuring and thorough too. Reception staff are also always incredibly welcoming, helpful and happy.
I've never had a bad experience with Deepak or Melissa and every appointment is a pleasure - how many people can say that about their dental practice!

I'd not been to see a hygienist in let's say too many years to even consider mentioning - one of the reasons being - I was scared. After find Confidential and taking the plunge the two hygienists I saw at Confidental were both so, so lovely and very understanding, and considerate of my nerves and anxiety when carrying out my treatment. In the end it really wasn't all that bad and I have some lovely, much healthier and clean teeth and gums to thank them for - THANK YOU!

Never feel uncomfortable with Lucy doing my clean. As I am always nervous she puts me at ease and the experience is never as traumatic as I think.

Emergency appointment
Broke a tooth just before a holiday. Rang that morning and seen less than two hours later. Tooth repaired with no problems and cost a lot less than I had thought I’d be paying.

Very nice, pleasant and calm
Very nice, pleasant and calm professional hygienist who really helped to keep me calm and not panic. I have a serious gag reflex and fear of dentists, and she, and the dentist, is working on helping me over come this.
She is new to the practice and whilst I was content with the other lady, I am seriously impressed with Katrina.

As always Sandeep explained what was happening including his analysis of results and answered my questions in a careful and understandable manner. a'm impressed enough to sign up to the 'Preventative Dental Plan'. An excellent dentist
Arrived 11.15 for 11.20 appointment. Seen at 11.30. 2 fillings replaced with no issues; old ones removed then replaced. They asked numerous times how I was and if I needed a break. Dipak is an excellent dentist.

Lucy the hygienist is brilliant
I hope I run out of teeth before Lucy stops being the hygienist. I used to fear a hygienist visit above everything, but she is so reassuring and careful I actually quite look forward to my appointments now.

Very thorough and I left feeling reassured
I was welcomed by Louise on a very hot day, and she immediately booked me in and asked if I would like something to drink which was very sweet. I was greeted by a very nice dental nurse in reception and taken to the consulting room. Sandeep was charming as always and explained everything he was about to do when checking my mouth and teeth, and then discussed the health of my mouth and teeth. The check up was very thorough and I left feeling reassured that my teeth were good for a few years yet.
