A scheduled visit to the hygienist
A scheduled visit to the hygienist - Katrina. Appointment was on time and Katrina (and her nurse) were professional, knowledgeable and brilliant at their work. The treatment was carried out very efficiently and I was informed about the positive points of my cleaning regime together with pointers to improve my oral hygiene. It's not often I say this about a dental visit but the service was absolutely brilliant and Katrina provided the very best treatment I have had in over 35 years at this practice. Thank you.

As usual all the staff are extremely friendly and professional, happy to engage in conversation with you and put you at ease. Both Deepak (dentist) and Mellisa (hygienist) fully explain the procedures they’re about to perform and are as considerate as anyone could be. Crooked teeth
My front teeth were moving and looked awful, started treatment in January and by May they were straight. Also crowns were fitted. All work was thoroughly explained to me. I recently had an old filling renewed, not being the best of patients, nervous etc. the staff were lovely, could not have been more caring. Every appointment I have ever had at Confidental has been a really high quality of service from a friendly team. Everybody from the receptionist, to hygienists, nurses and dentists are friendly and helpful. The appointments are never running more than 10 mins late at the very most but are usually on time. The reception area, waiting room and the treatment rooms are always clean, tidy and inviting. Honestly could not rate this dentist practice any higher than I already do, I have never had any issue or found fault with them in my 5 years as a patient.
