I cannot thank Confidental enough

I needed an emergency appointment due to a broken tooth and they were able to book me in on the same day.
Upon arrival I was greeted with a friendly and polite manner. The dentist was very helpful, provided me honest advice about the best options for my tooth repair (a crown required) and inserted a temporary fix to cover until the crown appointment.
I cannot thank Confidential enough for the help and support they've provided me.

Brilliant, calming, reassuring and positive

I have recently started my treatment at Confidental after not visiting a dentist for around 10 years. I had a bad experience at my previous practice which caused me real anxiety about Dentists in general but having heard some positive reviews about Confidental I decided to make contact initially via email. My whole experience so far has been really positive, from my initial 'smiles assessment' with Louise, where she took the time to listen to my concerns, walk me through the process and introduce me to the dentist. I am now one dentist appointment and two hygienist visits in, and I have to say that although I still have a slight fear, everyone has been brilliant, calming, reassuring and positive. The whole experience has gone a long way to alleviate my concerns; I've even signed up the a membership scheme, as I indeed to now keep on top of my dental visits in the future. Thanks.

I am a nervous patient with anything to do with dentistry, but at Confidental there is a Professional, friendly service that puts you at ease, and the dentist Deepak Mohal is superb, explains thoroughly options,empathetic, and reassuring, and has undertaken a considerable amount of reconstruction amount in my jaws without any pain whatsoever. The whole procedure was painless

I was in severe tooth-ache and they managed to fit me in straight away, after a few minutes the cause was pinpointed and after it was explained to me I was treated immediately, after a short period of time I was pain free, the whole procedure was painless and I thoroughly recommend them.

Nothing short of excellent

Having now been with Confidental for around 18 months, my experience has been nothing short of excellent! The whole team are aligned to provide a calm and friendly experience. Vishal and Eve have been fantastic for my progress with nothing being of concern, very professional and we are now really good friends, we have such a laugh and catch up every time we see each other. I have had quite a lot of work completed in 18 months from an extraction to braces and would not hesitate to recommend Vishal and the team to anyone else looking for quality, calm and a friendly dentist.
