Appointment At Confidental

I've been coming to the practice for years and, as usual, booked a hygienist appointment together with a check up. My check up time came and went and I was then called to see the hygienist. She said the dentist was running a little late. I finished with the hygienist and sat for over 15 mins waiting. By this time my dental check up was 55 mins late and I had another appointment elsewhere, so had to reschedule my dental check up which was annoying, as I have moved out of county but chose to stay with the practice. The dentist was apologetic for the delay.

Really good care and advice

As always very happy with both appointments. Sandeep very professional and friendly and explains exactly what he is doing and what he finds. Really good care and advice. Same with Melissa, explains exactly what she is doing which is always very reassuring. Overall the team at Confidental are very friendly and helpful.

Deepak, my dentist, came for me personally at my appointed time in the reception waiting area, and as usual, gave me a professional service, with excellent chair side manner.
The jury is still out on the diagnosis of my dental issue, which was an urgent dental visit, rather than a planned one.

Immediately put at ease

I am extremely nervous going to the dentist. So much so I have not been for over ten years. My first visit was prompted by a broken tooth. My consultation was nerve wracking to say the least but I was immediately put at ease and dealt with very slowly and patiently. Much to my surprise, I am returning for treatment. Thank you.

I have been delighted by my recent visits to Confidental Sandhurst. The staff are caring and cheerful making you feel at ease immediately. I was unhappy with two teeth which were small, pointed and out of line with the others. My wonderful dentist Vishal, carried out a procedure using composite filling to widen and lengthen the teeth
This did not involve drilling or injections. It required a certain amount of artistic work to sculpt and shape the teeth. The result was amazing. I am so happy and have not stopped smiling since. Thank you Vishal and Eve.

Amazing Treatment

I am delighted with the wonderful professional treatment I have received at Confidental.
